Christiana and her cute friend Anna, (in the pink) thought it would be fun to have a Kool-Aid stand today in front of our house on the corner of the street. Of course, all the neighbor kids swarmed to the big event and they picked up a few extra helpers. I learned from my friend, Alison, on her blog (she posted Kool-Aid stand pictures too), that it was 80 degrees today in HOT-LANTA which would explain why Christiana's cheeks were so very red. I'm glad Alison made the Kool-Aid and gave them the "ok" because Christiana has been trying to pull this off for weeks and ME, being the mean mom ( or maybe just the"lack of Kool-Aid or lemonade mom") keeps telling her "no." She finally lived her dream---until she wants to do it again. I guess I better keep some kid friendly drinks close at hand. It could entertain them for hours and gets all the kids outside wanting to play with eachother. How fun is that?

You got great pictures. Our yard looks good, but maybe that is because Phil has been home working on it.
That looks like a fun day. I would have definitely bought some if I was there!
I wish I could be in 80 degree weather! We had snow again yesterday! I am so tired of it. I want to buy some funky koolaid on the corner of Anchor Terrace. Frequent flier tickets anyone??
