Today is my wonderful Dad's birthday. I could go on and on about his wonderfulness, but those of you that know him, know exactly what I am talking about. He's the funnest, funniest, cutest, smartest, strongest, coolest, etc, etc, Dad I know, besides my hubby, of course. When I was a little girl, I was so excited when I saw him pull in the driveway. I would run home to see him. He has been making people smile his whole life and just continues to do that everyday. Wish I could see him on his birthday. I know he is having a good one. Here he is with Gabi and my uncle Bob a few years ago. SEE-everyone is smiling!
This is at my brother's house for cute Abby's birthday. He kinda has that mischievous look on his face, doesn't he? I wonder what he did or who he was teasing?
Just a couple years later, he has Abby in a headlock. Don't worry, she liked it! We used to wrestle him down as kids. All five of us on top of him. Those were good times! :)
He is teaching the girls the ways of motorcycles. Gotta start young. My dad enjoys alot of motorcycle trips with my brave mom and their friends.
He's always up for kickin' around at the mall. He doesn't have to buy anything, it's just fun to go window shop, and people watch. He taught us how interesting people are!

We missed you at his party but felt like you were there as we chatted about you and some "Carrie" moments.

What a nice birthday card I got from my sweet Carrie Sunshine. This birthday has been a good one. I was remembered by everyone and that's always nice. I love my wonderful family. They are the best!

What a great surprise this morning. As you know, Saturday and Sunday were very busy so we didn't get online until now. Your post really took some time and it was very sweet. I got teary at the end. Thanks for being such a wonderful daughter.
