Christiana was the phantom of the music room in her 4th grade play last night. She played the piano behind a screen so that no one would know who the phantom was. They allowed 4 different girls to take turns playing Beethoven's, Fur Elise. Alyssa was one of the 4 too. At the end of the night, her music teacher, Mr. Boggs introduced all 4 phantoms. Everyone cheered. Eliza saw one of her buddies in her Kindergarten class and he told her, "YOUR SISTER WAS AWESOME!"
Lucky Gabs leaves for her Band Disney trip today. That lucky girl! Her band teacher told the kids to make sure they call their parents so that they are not "freaking out!" I will look forward to those calls.

So does Gabby and the band drive all the way down to Orlando? How far of a drive is it?
When Sarah went to Disneyland a couple weeks ago she texted me often. Send Gabby some messages via her phone. They really do miss us when they're gone even if they don't all admit to it.
Yes, they drive to Disney on the charter bus. It takes about 8 hours.
That was great that Christian got to do that. I'm so glad he puts the kids talents to use.
I would have loved to hear the phantom piano player. I bet she was awesome. Gabi looks cute going to Disney. That will be a great time.
