First Annual-- Krogh School of Dance Recital

I am so very pleased to announce our first annual Krogh School of Dance ballet recital. Since there is only one class so far, the girls demonstrated what they do in class and then performed their dance. They danced to a beautiful song on an EFY dvd about faith. They danced so well and most importantly danced from their heart. I was so proud of these wonderful, blooming dancers. They shared their love of dance today. (Saturday afternoon)
Dance costumes are so expensive, so decided to try to find some pretty, free-flowing dresses at Target, and sure enough, I was successful! I love the color, the fabric, and it even had a little sequins on the top of the dress! I was so excited to find them! The Sunday after the recital all the girls wore their ballet dresses to church. They all looked so pretty.

"Stretch your feet, lift your leg, don't let you hip go, hold your turnout, round your arm!" There is so much to think about in ballet. I am proud of what these girls accomplished this year.

Afterwards, we took lots of pictures and then had a reception upstairs with their families. It worked out so well, with just enough room for each girls parents and siblings. I look forward to another recital next spring and hopefully a class for Eliza.

I am so impressed! Congratulations!

Katherine would totally go to your studio if we lived closer. The dresses were perfect. I can't believe you found them at Target.

Darling pictures, darling girls. Keep up the great work♥

How adorable they look. How did you get the picture from above? It is great. Who says you need to spend big bucks for costumes? What a happy occasion. Congratulations to the Krogh School of Dance dancers.
