Stone Mountain Park

We spent some time at Stone Mountain Park today with full intentions of hiking up the mountain. Having not done this in quite some time, I forgot all the ins and outs of the park. When we parked and found our spot for the world's largest laser show, we soon after found out that it was a mile and a half walk to get to the spot where we could start hiking up the mountain. Eliza was crying because she was scared to hike up the mountain, afraid that she might fall off. Then, Christiana was crying because she was afraid to ride the tram up the mountain to the very top. (Afraid of heights, I guess.) Randy decided to stay behind with Christiana and ride the train, while the rest of us headed for the ride up.

Very windy, and much colder at the top, I thought it felt great, Eliza was cold. It was a beautiful sight.

Love the pics. They brought memories of taking all of you to the top. I'm proud of Eliza for not falling off the mountain! Spencer is a hunk. Everyone looks like they are enjoying Spring Break.
