Thanksgiving Day/Update on Mama Krogh

Many of you have asked for an update on Mama Krogh. She has been in the rehab center for a couple of weeks now. She was doing well enough, that the social worker said that if she could get in and out of the car and a few other requirements, she could come home for Thanksgiving. We all worked to get her house ready. Grandpa was so excited. The social worker came to check out the house on Tuesday, Grandma came home and practiced on Wednesday, she passed the test and was able to come to Lauri and Kinley's for Thanksgiving. She went back to the rehab center last night and will prepare to come home for good this Saturday. She will have the physical therapist come 3x a week. She is very weak, but we are happy for her progress. The boys, and Lauri sang to her to lift her spirits. Their beautiful music was a blessing on Thanksgiving Day.

As the kids were hugging Grandma goodbye, I tried to catch a few hugs on my camera, but to no avail. So, I just put it out there, "Give Grandma one more hug for the picture!" And this was the result. Grandkids swarming to love up on her and pose for the camera. So wonderful!
