Highlights

So, everyone that knows my sister, knows that she loves shopping, especially bargain shopping. Spencer was hurtin' in the wardrobe department, and needed a few things, since he hadn't gotten a single thing new for school this year. I dropped Spencer and Lindsay off at the Target, TJ Maxx, Old Navy strip and Lindsay and Spencer did all the foot work, while I went to visit my sweet mother in law in the hospital. (more details on that later.) Lindsay was smiling the biggest. She loves it! AND they had success. I just now need her to move in. It takes 2 moms to keep things moving around here.

Spencer is modeling a couple of his new "duds." We like his new jeans and he loved his crazy new look with the hat and jacket. He thinks he looks "Gangsta" if you know what I mean.

Young Women in Excellence

Gabrielle's Young Women's in Excellence was last Thursday. They performed a cute skit about the election and related the young women values to solve problems in our society. The values that these girls work to strive for are: faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works, and integrity. The young women program is wonderful. I am so grateful that my daughter can be a part of it. It was a treat to have Aunt Lindsay here to enjoy it with Gabrielle.
