Saying Goodbye

This sweet family was my only flesh and blood besides my very own family, here in our area. Karen is my second cousin. When she moved here we met at a stake Relief Society activity and niether of us knew we were related until we started talking and figured it out. It was so fun to find her! She has a beautiful family and we have enjoyed getting to know them. Now, after 4 years, they decided to move back to Utah where they have all of their family. I don't blame them, but we sure will miss them. It was fun while it lasted.

They all came for dinner before they moved. It was such a fun time. They even stayed for Family Home Evening with us. I'll tell ya, these kids know their Disney movies. We played a fun movie game on a power point that Randy and Christiana put together and they totally rocked. They are big Disney fans. You'll notice Alaina is wearing those cute little 4th of July pom poms on her head. She was born on the 4th of July and loves to wear those things. So cute. Below is Ryland, Taya, Eliza and Alaina.

The girls wanted Taya to stay the night. I didn't think Karen would go for it since they were getting ready to move in only 2 days, but she did and we were so glad we had this chance before they left.

Darling children. How sad they are leaving but how happy for the grandparents that they are coming home. Hint. Hint.
