Quilting

Our Relief Society is making a quilt for one special person in our ward. We were divided into several small groups to complete one quilt block. We were each given coordinating fabric and then given the freedom to design it any way that we like. The blocks will all be put together and made into a beautiful and original quilt with much of our Relief Society's hands having contributed a small part. I can't wait to see the finished product. Look! It's me at the sewing machine! I was content to cut and iron, but my good friend, Ali, sitting next to me made me sew. I was scared, but it was fun.

Baby Maddie, Brittney, Sara, Ali and me. We did it!

What a wonderful thing to do! I'm sure the recipient will treasure it because it was made by so many with such love. Can't wait to see the finished product.

We should do this kind of thing more often.

Silly me, I should have known to ask you.
Ok who's putting the quilt together. I need someone to finish Alana's
100 wish quilt I did during her adoption.
I know someone in your ward can finish my quilt, I just need to know how much they charge.
