Everything Old is New Again
There is something about keeping in touch with those you have known for a LONG time. This is Gina and her daugter Karissa. Gina and I have known eachother since we were 12 years old in Beehives. We had our first baby's around the same time and then Karissa and Gabrielle about 5 months apart. Gabi and Karissa used to play together when they were very little. They don't remember much, since Gina and her family have moved a couple of times since then and are now in Washington state. When she called and said they were coming for a visit, I was thrilled. We arranged to meet for lunch with our oldests daughters. Gina and I had tons to talk about; it was so good to see her. It took a long time for Karissa to warm up, but once her and Gabrielle made cookies together at our house and Gina and I left to get M&M's they hit it off. They had so much fun together. I wish they could have stayed longer.

I so understand about catching up with old friends, that is what we did on vacation.
Anna and her daughter hit it off had not seen each other since they were really little same age and both adopted from cambodia.
