Randy's birthday was extra special. He actually got to sing in sacrament meeting with his girls. They kept moving the date around for when they wanted them to sing, but when it landed on his birthday, that was a perfect birthday present. They sang, "To Become Like Him." Grandma Krogh accompanied them. The spirit was strong, and they sang beautifully together.
After church, we celebrated in the evening with a nice meal. A few friends and family also stopped by for some lemon cake, a recipe I copied from Lauri. So easy, and really light and yummy!

Just about everyone in this household, likes to get comfortable after church, so that explains the pajamas and sweats. I can't stop them. I tell them we are taking pictures, but doesn't work. Oh well. |
Randy, Gabrielle, and Christiana sang their song again for those that missed it.
Randy turned 46, if I dare say, but really 40 is the new 30 right? So that's nothin'. He is getting a new grill for our back deck. Every dad needs a grill, right? We look forward to Dad cooking for us this spring and summer!
