Welcome Grammy!

My Mom has decided that she likes to be called "Grammy." It's pretty cute, if you ask me. She called me the day before she arrived to see what all the kids favorite candy was and brought lots of sweets when she arrived. What better gift could you bring? Mom just pretty much did everything with me that I normally do. That kept us busy enough, but we sqeezed in a few fun outings as well, like going to lunch, thrift store and consignment sale shopping, and scrapping on Friday night. That's scrapbooking. We love it! I took my Mom to my group that meets monthly to work on their albums. We have such a good time and get alot done. It's a must for scrappers.

We also went bowling with the fam. Grammy is a darn good bowler! One of the highlights that will always stand out in my mind is on Sunday watching my kids all loving up on her during sacrament meeting. She had Christiana under one arm, Eliza under the other and Spencer reaching over giving her a little back scratch. Gabrielle was sitting on the other side of me and couldn't get in on all the love, but the other kids just really didn't notice I was even sitting there. Now that's a special lady. Love her.

I'm lonely for my Atlanta family.

I had such a wonderful time with you all. You are all the perfect models of what you are, from kindergartener to the high schoolers. Parents are the best too. I miss you already but am looking forward to May!!! Thanks for the memories and thanks for only putting in the good pics of me. You're awesome.
