Better Late Than Never

I couldn't let the month get away from me without honoring Gabrielle's birthday. It is her 15th and I would have loved to follow the "quinceneara" tradition, but........ I would just be a poser. :) Instead, we took her to her favorite, Italian, where she could get the real Fettucine Alfredo, not just the kind that comes in a jar that her mom makes for her.

They didn't all come out and sing "Happy Birthday" to her, but they brought this amazing, and I mean AMAZING chocolate cake. Gabrielle was pretty full and Randy and I were practically fighting over it.


We met up with Lauri and Kirsten to see "Letters to Juliet." Gotta see that one if you haven't yet. It is such a tender story.

We came home to Randy doing his magic, with an ice cream cake, just what she ordered.
