A Visit From Grammy

We so love having a visit from Grammy. She sure doesn't look like a Grammy, but that was what she wanted to be called and it's way more fun than just plain old "Grandma." She brought little surprises for the kids. When she went to Disney just recently, she found this cute little store called littlemissmatched. She brought Eliza some mismatched socks that she absolutley loved. Mismatched, bright, and colorful clothing ---- a little girls dream!

The girls had to introduce every single one of their stuffed animals to grandma. This isn't even all of them and believe it or not every single one of those cuties have a name.

Some of the fun we had, was going to hear Christi's school chorus sing at The Avenues, except for the fact that Christiana ended up with a touch of heat exhaustion. She ended up with a fever, fatigue, and nausea. Thankfully, she woke up fine the next morning. She should have lived back in the day with Scarlet O'hara with her umbrella and fan. She does not do the heat well. Poor girl.

We played, shopped, ate, cleaned, organized. It's just the best to have your Mom come, isn't it?
Thanks for coming, Mom! We sure love ya!
